How To Bake Your Dear Grain Cookies and Scones 

 

Chocolate Chip Cookie

Temperature: 350 degrees

1st Bake: 8 minutes 

ROTATE

2nd Bake: 5 - 6 minutes

Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Bread Flour, Unsalted Butter, Semi-sweet Chocolate Callets, 70%, Dark Chocolate Callets, Eggs, Natural Leaven, Spelt Flour, Vanilla, Salt, Baking Soda, Baking Powder.

 

Sourdough Sesame Cookie

Temperature: 350 degrees

1st Bake: 8 minutes 

ROTATE

2nd Bake: 6 - 7 minutes

Ingredients: Kamut Flour, Strong Flour, Butter, Tahini, Golden Sugar, White Sugar, Eggs, Sourdough Starter, Vanilla Extract, Baking Powder, Sesame Oil, White Sesame, Black Sesame.

Ube Cookie

Temperature: 350 degrees

Buckwheat Cookie

Vegan, Dairy Free

Temperature: 325 degrees

1st Bake: 10 minutes

Ingredients: 70% Dark Chocolate Callets, Organic Dark Buckwheat Flour, Sugar, Extra Virgin
