How will I receive my order?

We are pleased to offer a range of shipping services to cater to our communities near and far! 


Within Ontario and Quebec


We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50.
For orders under $50, we charge a shipping fee of $12.

Depending on your location, we offer 3 shipping options:

FedEx - Standard Overnight Shipping (Usually delivered within 1-3 business days within the hours of 8am and 8pm)

Canada Post - Remote Deliveries (Delivered within 1-5 business days)

*Any orders containing “PO Box” in the shipping address will be automatically shipped via Canada Post.
*We may ship your order via Canada Post at our discretion if it falls outside our regular FedEx zones. 

Shippie - Same Day GTA + Hamilton Delivery (Delivered within 6-24 hours between the hours 2:30pm and 10pm)
With unexpected weather conditions and increased COVID-19 restrictions, you may notice your deliveries are being held for the next day. Stay rest assured, as all holdovers will be dispatched the following day!

*Please note we are not able to provide refunds due to transit delay or spoilage or incorrect shipping addresses.

Please find a coverage map for our Same Day shipping through Shippie below. If your postal code falls in their service areas, you will see Same Day shipping show up as an option at checkout!

 

Rest of Canada (outside of Ontario and Quebec)

Your order will be delivered by Fedex (Standard Overnight - usually delivered within 1-3 business days within the hours of 8am and 8pm).
A shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

 

When will I receive my delivery order?

We collect orders each week from Sunday to Sunday. Our order cut off is 2pm Sunday evening. 

If your order is collected before 2pm on Sunday, it will be shipped the upcoming week. If your order is placed after 2pm on Sunday, it will be shipped the following week. Your bread is always baked the day it ships.

You will receive an order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been packed and shipped.

Always include your mobile phone number so that the carrier can get in touch with you to provide notifications regarding your shipment.

My shipment is delayed, or lost, what should I do?

Returns & Modifications 

 

Regular and Subscription Orders

We collect orders each week from Sunday to Sunday. Our order cut off is 2pm Sunday evening. 

If your order is collected before 2pm on Sunday, it will be shipped the upcoming week. If your order is placed after 2pm on Sunday, it will be shipped the following week. Your bread is always baked the day it ships.

We bake all of our loaves and pastries to order. Because of this, orders are only eligible for modifications within the sales week before 2pm on Sunday. Once the order is being prepared we cannot make changes to it.

Please note that we’re not able to accept returns of any food items (opened or unopened). 

 

Homeware and equipment

Homeware and equipment orders can be returned within 15 days of purchase in unused condition with unopened, original packaging. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and refund will be processed once gear has been received and inspected.
