When will I receive my delivery order?
We collect the orders weekly. Orders placed before Sunday at 5 pm will be fulfilled have their bread delivered Wednesday to Friday., Orders placed after 5 pm will be shipped out the following week. You will receive an order confirmation upon placing your order, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been packed.
Example 1: Order placed on Monday will be delivered the following week, between Wednesday-Friday
Example 2: Order placed Sunday at 4pm will be delivered the same week, between Wednesday-Friday
When will I receive my order if I did not order any bread?
As we’re working with a smaller crew than usual, shipment and processing time and order deadline is the same as any orders with bread… so, you might as well add a loaf to your order!
Can I add items to my order once it has been completed?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your existing order number and the products you’d like to add, an invoice for the difference will be sent to your email. This will avoid any additional shipping costs that may incur.
My shipment is delayed, what should I do?
Due to the Covid19 pandemic, our expedited delivery partners FedEx and Canada Post have suspended all delivery guarantees. We cannot be responsible for the package once it leaves our facility. We do not give refunds due to transit delay or spoilage. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you sell your bread sliced?
Not at the moment.
Can I get ground coffee beans?
We only offer coffee grinding service for our Saturday Pick-up Market, upon check out, put in the grind size or your brew method and our team will grind the coffee the morning of the pick-up. All delivery coffee is freshly roasted from our roasting facility in Hamilton, and they only sell whole beans.
I can not make it to the Saturday pick up, what should I do?
Send an email to email@example.com with your order number and let them know. If the items are non-perishables (coffees, teas, flour etc.), it can be held for pick up the following Saturday. For any perishable items in your order (bread, pastry), it will not stay fresh and will be donated. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for those items or coffee beans that have been ground.
Can I send someone else to pick up my order?
Of course! Just provide the order number and the name the order is placed under!
Is there a minimum spend for pick up orders?
Nope! We’re here to serve our community. Additionally, you’ll save a couple of bucks buying the bread!
What measures are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at the Pick-Up Market?
Our team is taking all necessary steps to reinforce hygiene habits and respect social distancing.
- Clear social distancing tape line and direction for easy line-up.
- Pick up through a service window via the patio
- All items have been pre-packed into a bag
- All staff are wearing gloves
- Hand sanitizer is available at the pick-up window.
If you feel that staying home is the safer choice, you’re welcome to order for Delivery. The most important thing right now is to stay healthy and stay safe.
