After smoking over alder chips, the skin turns slightly crisp and the flesh transforms into a deep mahogany brown. Rich, decadent flavor and tons of protein, whenever you need it!

Storage: This is a shelf-stable product. It will keep for up to five years at room temperature. Refrigerate after opening and eat within 3-5 days.
