Red Grape  |  Butterscotch  |  Guava

Region: Narino, Colombia
Variety: Caturra
Processing: Washed
Altitude: 1700 - 2100 MASL
Producer: Various Producers

This crowd-pleasing coffee comes to us from a small town in the Western part of Narino in Colombia called Buesaco. Because of its close proximity to the Pacific Ocean, the coffee grows in a unique microclimate characterized by hot days and cool nights. This climate slows down the maturation and development of the coffee cherries which adds to the cup quality and flavour intensity. The result is a coffee that is both complex and balanced with smooth notes of red grape, butterscotch and guava.

** If you'd like your coffee grounded, please include it in the note section. Grinding coffee is available for Pick Up Only **

Detour Coffee Roaster is our partner and roasts their beans locally in Hamilton.
