Peña Blanca comes to us from the Vides family in Guatemala. Their newest family farm, El Rincon, is nestled in a valley of limestone hills in the La Libertad region of Huehuetenango where it is protected from major climate fluctuations allowing the coffee to develop consistently during the growing period leading to an ideal flavour profile. The espresso roast of Pena Blanca highlights the buttery nature of this coffee. In the cup, it has a silky texture with layered notes of chocolate brownie, nougat and Bosc pear.

How Does Pick Up Work?
1. Place and pay for your order online (Bread must be ordered before Thursday at noon and the rest of the online shop will remain open until Friday noon!)
2. We'll have it packed and ready for you to collect between 10am - 2pm on Saturday's at Detour Cafe (41 King St W. Dundas, ON)
3. Enter through the patio area, tell us your name, and collection will be from our side window on the patio, not the front door.
