This is our 2nd lot this year from the Gamboa family’s Tarrazu farm, Carrizal Arriba. Producer Emilio Gamboa, and his father Tuto, are extremely passionate about providing high quality coffee and stability through long-term relationships. In 2006 they decided to build a micro mill, Montes de Oro, to process their own coffee and oversee all operations.

Located in the micro region of Leon Cortes, this white honey processed Red Catuai is bursting with layered sweetness and fresh citrus aromatics leading to a buttery body and sweet notes of brown butter, plum and hazelnut.

How Does Pick Up Work?

1. Place and pay for your order online (Bread must be ordered before Thursday at noon and the rest of the online shop will remain open until Friday noon!)

2. We'll have it packed and ready for you to collect between 10am - 2pm on Saturday's at Detour Cafe (41 King St W. Dundas, ON)

3. Enter through the patio area, tell us your name, and collection will be from our side window on the patio, not the front door.
