This flour is perfect for home sourdough baking and high hydration applications. It makes for stretchy, crave-able open crumb breads. Also great for pizza, focaccia, flat breads, homemade bagels and crisp breads.
An unbleached organic flour produced by milling the top grades of organic hard red spring wheat. As a natural, unbleached flour, breads and baked goods will retain a “natural” grainy tan colour.
